Unions

I am a registered Democrat. But I believe Unions are killing this country.  People should be paid a fair amount for an honest days work.  And that was how unions started out.  But anymore they are about how much more can we get than everyone else.  So which is better 40 hours a week at 12.00 an hour or no hours a week because the union jobs are paying 18-32 dollars an hour an business cannot afford to hire anyone else.  If those people making 32 an hour would cut their pay to 22 how many more people could be hired.  I think unions were once a wonderful and very much needed part of our society.  But I think today it is all about "What can I get, to heck with everyone else."
